THE FOUNDER

Lorenza Di Giovanni acquired a strong experience as a Senior Manager in the corporate world. She spent nine years in FMCG (Colgate-Palmolive) holding several domestic and international senior Marketing positions and worked for leading Fashion and Automotive companies in the US.

With her increasing passion for Talent Management and Leadership, in 2006 Lorenza turned to Executive Search becoming a Partner first at Odgers Berndtson and then at worldwide leader KornFerry International where she was in charge of the Luxury Retail and Premium Consumer markets.

In 2016 she has launched her own firm providing Executive Search and Governance solutions: she conducts global assignments for Brands and Private Equity Funds supporting them in the search of the CEO, C-Suite and Non-Executive Directors.

Lorenza holds an Economics and Business Administration Degree from LUISS University in Rome and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. She is certified by INSEAD as Independent Board Member, NLP Practitioner, ICF Certified Executive Coach and INSEAD IPD-N Ambassador.

She speaks Italian, English and French.
